Frequently Asked Questions!
Jingle Tots is our very own music and movement program, created after 14 years of running Jo Jingles South West. Same teachers, same fun, brand new adventures!
We run sessions for babies from 3 months up to preschoolers around 5 years old, with groups tailored to each stage.
Yes! Our classes are designed for children and their grown-ups to enjoy together.
Just yourselves and a drink bottle. We provide all instruments and props.
Not at all! Our classes are all about having fun and making music together. The little ones don’t mind if you’re the next Adele or totally off-key — they just love hearing your voice.
Yes! We include simple Auslan signs in every Jingle Tots class. It’s a fun and inclusive way to help little ones communicate, connect and learn through music and movement. 🎶🤲
Absolutely! Jingle Tots is a great activity to do together as a family. We offer mixed-age sessions and welcome siblings at a discounted rate (no charge for non-walking siblings). We recommend you enrol in to a class most age appropriate to your eldest child so that they are full stimulated however your youngest child can still join in and we will guide you on how to adapt any parts of the class to their level.
That’s totally normal — little ones often take time to watch before joining in. They’ll soon be jingling along in their own time.
That’s perfectly normal! Every child engages in their own way — some jump straight in, others like to watch, dance, or explore. We welcome all personalities and promise they’ll still be soaking up the music magic.
You can enrol online via the website https://www.jingletots.com.au/book-a-class (https://www.jingletots.com.au/book-a-class)or if you prefer, send us an email at hello@jinglestots.com.au (hello@jinglestots.com.au)and we’ll confirm your place by email.
Most definitely… and we take no responsibility for you singing “Shake, Rattle & Roll” while doing the grocery shopping! 🎶
As a general rule, we do not offer trial classes but not for good reason. Firstly, the main reason is that with over 14 years experience in the business and teaching thousands of babies, toddlers and preschoolers, we just know that one class will not show your child's potential in a class. Many children of this tender age take a few weeks or more to start participating in the class. We have to give them time to adjust to new surroundings.
The other reason is that many of our classes are actually full before we even start the term and so there may not even a be a place to trial for!
Saying that, if we do have available spots in the class, and you would feel more comfortable doing a trial first before committing to the term, we may be able to arrange this subject to space availability. Please enquire with us.
Of course — and we love it when you do! In fact, the more you join in, the more your little one will. Plus, who doesn’t enjoy a good shake of the tambourine? 🥁
We do our best to offer make-up classes within the same term, subject to space availability.
Refunds are not available once the term begins, except in exceptional circumstances. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
No worries at all — bare feet, socks, or even gumboots are welcome! The only thing you must bring is your smile (and maybe a bit of energy to jingle along). 🎶👣✨
