Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings and Payment
1.1 All bookings must be made via the Jingle Tots online booking system or cash at the first class.
1.2 Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure a place or at the first class of term.
1.3 Bookings are non-transferable between terms, venues, or participants without prior written approval from Jingle Tots.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Fees for term bookings are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
2.2 Jingle Tots is unable to offer refunds or credits for non-attendance, including absence due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances. Makeup sessions are possible subject to availability at an alternative venue.
2.3 In the event that Jingle Tots cancels a class (for example, due to teacher illness, venue closure, or other unforeseen circumstances), one of the following will be offered at Jingle Tots’ discretion:

a replacement class, or
-
a refund or credit for the cancelled session.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 Parents/guardians must not attend with a child who is unwell, to protect the wellbeing of all participants.
3.2 Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times during classes.
3.3 Parents/guardians are required to supervise and actively participate with their child throughout the session.
4. Conduct and Behaviour
4.1 Jingle Tots strives to maintain a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment.
4.2 Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in a participant being asked to leave the class. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
5. Personal Property
5.1 Jingle Tots accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to class.
6. Liability
6.1 Participation in classes is at the parent’s/guardian’s own risk.
6.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to participate in class activities.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jingle Tots excludes all liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with attendance at classes.
7. Photography and Media
7.1 Jingle Tots may from time to time take photographs or video footage during classes for use in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed publications.
7.2 Consent will be requested at the time of booking. Parents/guardians who do not wish their child to be included must inform Jingle Tots in writing.
8. Changes to Classes
8.1 Jingle Tots reserves the right to amend class times, venues, or content as necessary.
8.2 Where changes are made, parents/guardians will be notified in advance wherever reasonably possible.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 Jingle Tots reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Jingle Tots website and will apply to all subsequent bookings.
